VCI Heat Shrink Film

Performance :

VCI Heat Shrink Film is made of VCI masterbatch and LDPE resin for extrusion and blow molding. VCI Heat Shrink Film has good antirust function for ferrous metals, copper, aluminum and other metals, and also has anti-aging and anti-static properties, which can provide body fitted antirust packaging protection for various packaged materials.

Scope of application:

VCI Heat Shrink Film is used for rust prevention of metal products such as steel, iron, aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, silicon steel, phosphating, galvanized plate, tinplate, color coated plate, etc. VCI Heat Shrink Film has good compatibility with rubber and fiber products. VCI Heat Shrink Film is used for long-term anti-rust packaging of various metal equipment and large equipment such as metallurgy, military industry, machinery, auto parts, electronics, hardware etc.

Usage method

The large equipment shall be sealed with the VCI Heat Shrink Film, and the equipment shall be packaged as a whole by the way of patch film field splicing, and then the heat shrinkable operation shall be carried out, and the VCI Heat Shrink Film  shall be tightly attached to the equipment. When the equipment is sealed, the VCI Heat Shrink Film is made into a packaging bag, the equipment is put into the bag, and then the heat shrinkable operation is carried out. The degree of shrinkage is to stick the VCI Heat Shrink Film tightly on the parts. The sealed metal surface shall be free of residual sweat, water film, acid and alkali or other dirt and rust.
