VCI is soaked in plain or wrinkled neutral base paper for antirust purpose, and the composite PE layer can be used on the neutral antirust base paper for waterproof packaging purpose. Among them, VCI plays a role in rust prevention, plain or wrinkled base paper is the carrier, and PE layer strengthens the waterproof and moisture-proof function. Our VCI Paper For Steel can provide printing services according to user requirements. VCI Paper For Steel meets the requirements of standard QB/T 1319 or JIS Z 1535.

VCI Paper For Steel is widely used for rust prevention of products in military industry, machinery, auto parts, electrical engineering, hardware and other industries.
Product usage:
After the metal parts are cleaned and dried before storage and transportation, the single full-cover packaging can be used (the use area of the VCI Paper For Steel is approximate to the metal surface area), or the overall packaging can be used by using the VCI paper as the lining and isolation cushion. However, if the outer package is not waterproof and sealed, it is recommended to use composite PE VCI paper and then seal it with adhesive tape.
Storage:
VCI Paper For Steel should be stored in a dry and cool place and sealed to avoid damage to the original package. The warranty period is three years from the date of delivery.
